Bracketly handles the brackets, the schedule, the court assignments, and the live page your members refresh all weekend. So you can run the tournament instead of running spreadsheets.
Every member-guest, every club championship, every junior round-robin โ the same headaches, every weekend.
You've got a Google Sheet with 12 tabs, four colors, and a formula for byes that broke last year. The pro shop never wants to look at it.
Posted on the wall, updated with a Sharpie. By Saturday lunch, you're already fielding questions about who's playing who and when.
"What court are we on?" "Did Marcus's match end?" "Is the 4.0 final still at 3:30?" Every member, every hour, all weekend.
Set up once. Run the weekend from your phone. Members get a clean live page they'll actually open.
Add your events โ Mens 3.5, Womens Open, Junior Doubles, anything. Drop in teams. Pick a format. Bracketly draws the bracket, places byes correctly, and sets up consolation rounds automatically.
The auto-scheduler reads your court count, your start & end times, and every player's events โ then fits matches into slots without putting anyone on two courts at once. Conflicts are flagged before you publish.
Every court on one screen. See who's playing where, record winners as they walk off, move matches between courts when one runs long. The bracket auto-advances. The schedule re-checks itself.
A public link your members open on their phones. Brackets update as scores come in. Round-robin standings sort themselves. There's even a TV mode for the clubhouse โ auto-cycles through every event.
Members opt in once at signup and Bracketly handles the alerts via text message. Fifteen minutes before their court time, a notification: "Court 3, Wood/Park vs Garcia/Ko, in 15." Throughout the weekend, score updates from every match keep them tracking the tournament from anywhere โ the lawn, the bar, the parking lot. No more printed paper bracket at the front desk. No more wandering looking for who's up next.
Drop in your club logo and the logos of your sponsors. They show up everywhere members see the tournament โ on the live page header, the splash card, the printed brackets you post in the clubhouse, even the texts they get on their phones. Sponsors get the visibility they paid for; members see a tournament that looks like it came from your club, not from a SaaS vendor.
Walk the courts with a tablet or phone in hand. Tap a court, see who's on it. Tap a match, record the winner. The bracket advances itself, the schedule rechecks, and the live page updates everywhere โ instantly.
You give them one link. They bookmark it. From their seat at the bar, the parking lot, the next court over โ they know exactly when their match starts, what the bracket looks like, and who just won.
Click any team to advance them as the winner. Watch the player's phone view on the right update in real time โ exactly what your members see while they wait for their next match.

No. Bracketly runs entirely in your browser. Sign in from a laptop to set up the tournament, then run the weekend from your phone or tablet. Members open the live page in any browser โ no app to download.
Single elimination, single elimination with consolation (FRLC and full feed-in), and round-robin pool play. Doubles and singles. Multi-event tournaments where players are in more than one draw. We're adding double-elim and multi-pool round-robin โ playoff bracket next.
Yes. Each tournament gets a public signup link. Players add their name (and partner, for doubles), pick events, and submit. You review and approve from the TD console. No more typing names into a spreadsheet.
Bracketly caches your tournament locally so you can keep recording results offline โ they sync once you're back online. There's also a one-click print bracket so you have a paper backup at the front desk.
14 days, full access to everything, no credit card to start. Run a real tournament during your trial โ most pros do. We'll email a few days before the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, your tournaments stay accessible read-only.
Players opt in at signup with their phone number. They choose either or both of: match-time alerts (a text when their court time is set, and a 15-minute warning before they play) and live scoring updates (a text whenever any match in the tournament has a result posted โ great for following friends in other divisions). Visitors who didn't sign up as players can also subscribe right from the public live page. All texts include a STOP reply to unsubscribe instantly. Standard SMS rates apply.
The first 50 clubs to subscribe get the $79/mo founding rate locked in permanently โ as long as your subscription stays active, you keep that price. Once the 50 spots are taken, the monthly plan goes to its standard rate of $99/mo for new customers. The per-tournament option ($125/event) is unaffected and stays available either way.
Not yet. Roadmap. For now you can export final results as CSV to upload to USTA TournamentDesk or UTR. We're working on direct integration with both.
Co-scorekeeper accounts are coming in the next release โ your assistant pros and front-desk staff will be able to record match results from their phones. For now, the tournament owner is the only TD account.
On our cloud (hosted on Supabase, US-based servers). Your data is private to you and the public participant view you choose to share. We never sell or share player information. You can export and delete your tournaments anytime.
Set up your first tournament in 10 minutes. No credit card to start.
